Shipping Info: All sales are final. If you need to cancel your order, please email info@watershedcentral.com as soon as possible. If we have already shipped your item, we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund.

We will process your order when all items are in stock. An email will be sent when your order is processed. Processed orders are generally shipped within 1 day.

All orders ship via USPS and only in the United States.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns of download products, but offer a returns policy on all physical items (e.g. vinyl, CD).

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less the postage and packaging).

Goods returned must be as “new” with no damage. You will be required to cover the cost of postage to return the items.

All returns must be accompanied by original invoice / receipt and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving your return.
